The New University Hospital in Odense
Involvement in the technical office of the OHPT joint venture in the construction of the new university hospital in Odense in Denmark. A contract of 600,000 million for an area of 250,000 sqm to be built by 2022.

INTERIOR DESIGNER
2D design, 3D modelling and rendering of an exhibitor set of Yasmine Mahmoudieh for the Sleep+Eat 2018 event that took place in London on November 20th and 21st. The design of the stand required the involvement of several companies for the sponsorship of their products, taking care of the agreements with them, with the organizer of the event and with the builders.

Proposal for the design of the facade of the MGallery luxury hotel in Athens. The project adopts an interesting solution for the windows shielded by the solutions proposed by the Hi-mesh company.

MERLATA RESORT
Merlata resort is located in Ostuni (Italy) and includes a tourist complex consisting of residences, hotels and services for a total of 500 users with direct access to the sea. The architectural project follows the compositional principles enunciated by the architect Candilis.

TORRE SQUILLACE
The coast of the ‘Regno di Napoli’ of the 1500s is bordered by coastal towers that served to control the sea but today some of them are abandoned. One of these is Torre Squillace in Nardò (Italy). The project consists of surveying the structural and architectural problems and proposing solutions and the use of the tower as a maritime museum and equipment rental and storage for the sea.

PIAZZA FIBRONIT
The urban planning project concerns a large part of Bari (Italy) where there was an asbestos’ industry. The design recover the disused area thanks to a square with libraries and restaurants, and in the remaining green area organizes many recreational and leisure activities for family, youngs and pets.

PALAZZO PALMIERI MUST
The Palmieri historic building in Monopoli (Italy) is today in serious structural and architectural conditions. The didactic exercise therefore consists in the relief of the problems, in the proposal of the solutions with an in-depth analysis of the use of structural sub-elements and subsequent refunctionalization for the use of the fashion atelier and violin

IDEAL LUX
The ‘Ideal Lux’ project recovers an existing ENEL power industry, now disused in the city of Bari (Italy).
The masterplan involves the industrial area and the adjacent residential area to create a space for the film industry, like a small Hollywood in the Puglia region, with movie sets, green screens and stages.

LINK
‘Link’ is part of the ‘Ideal lux’ masterplan and recovers two abandoned buildings that were intended for the production of electricity for the ENEL Company. The design idea is based on the physical and functional connection of the two buildings with the use of ramps and the dislocation of the buildings functions as pre-production, film and television production and post-production.

REVIT APPLICATION
The 5-storey project developed with Revit has helped the understanding of the construction process of a building during the university course ‘Organizzazione del cantiere'. The model developed with the BIM approach has been integrated with the cost and time parameters thanks to the Suite-Mosaico and Naviswork software
