TORRE SQUILLACE
The coast of the ‘Regno di Napoli’ of the 1500s is bordered by coastal towers that served to control the sea but today some of them are abandoned. One of these is Torre Squillace in Nardò (Italy). The project consists of surveying the structural and architectural problems and proposing solutions and the use of the tower as a maritime museum and equipment rental and storage for the sea.
